Please feel free to return any products* or books purchased on The Acu Light Center™ or received as a gift. We do ask that you return items with 14-days
of receiving it. We understand that there may be exceptions for gifts.
If you wish to make a return, please call us at 818.955.8601 or
e-mail us.
*Product that are "Made Upon Order" may not be returned. Work being shipped
outside of the US or Canada is not returnable.
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
- Contact our Customer Care team by either calling
818.955.8601 or e-mail us to obtain
return instructions.
- Custom product and items are generally returned
to the designer who created them.
- We can provide you with a US Postal Service
Return Service label or for an additional charge. Or we can set up a UPS
pick up for you. You are responsible for shipping costs. We will send you
a return label via email or regular mail.
- Repack the product in its original packaging
materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe
return back to the artist. You are responsible for product damaged in
return transit.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
If you are returning a product because it was
defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Acu Light Center™
will pay the return-shipping costs.
You
can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 7 to 14 business days of your return, providing it arrives safely.
You will be credited for the price of the product minus shipping costs. For
the most, The Acu Light Center™ does not credit you the shipping and handling
costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We
will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail. If
you have any questions, please call us at 818.955.8601, M-F, 9am-7pm,
Saturday 11am-5pm, and Sunday 11am-5pm (PST).

If your package appears
damaged, or once opened, you find damaged product, call us at 818.955.8601
so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of
the original packing materials.
